Sales Force is providing Open CTI (computer-telephony integration) framework. Mimic this and provide similar framework when needed to integrate with 3rd party Chat/Telephone calls.

This helps to integrate third party components for Phone Calls, Chat Session. Remote desktop is not part of it.
